Everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
When will my order arrive?
In stock orders placed by 4:30pm Monday to Thursday are delivered the next working day. Orders placed by 4:30pm on a Friday are delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 4:30pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are sent the next working day. Delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Each product page shows the delivery date you can expect if you order now. Delivery dates are estimates; we make every reasonable effort to meet them.
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver by DPD. UK courier delivery to a mainland address costs £5.50 plus VAT for the whole order, however many items you buy. The delivery charge is shown in your basket at checkout before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
Our online checkout covers UK mainland addresses. If you need delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know what we can offer.
Faster and timed delivery
Before 10:30am, before noon and Saturday delivery services can be arranged on request. Please contact us before 4:30pm with your order and we will confirm the options and cost. Some larger orders may be delivered on a pallet.
Tracking your order
We email you when your order has been despatched. You can also check the status of an order from Track an order once you are logged in to your account.
If you are not in
If the courier cannot deliver, your parcel is usually held at their local depot for five days so you can arrange redelivery or collect it. Parcels that are not collected are returned to us. In that case a return fee of £9.90 plus the original delivery charge and VAT applies, and a second delivery charge applies if you would still like the goods sent out again. Changing the delivery address after despatch costs £11.95 plus VAT.
Out of stock items
Live stock levels are shown on every product. If you order something that is out of stock, we will send it as soon as it arrives. If your order contains in stock and out of stock items and you would like everything sent together, or need to know a date, just get in touch.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, let us know in writing within 5 working days of delivery with a description of the problem and we will put it right.
